Thoughtful Upholstery

Every piece I upholster is approached with care and attention to detail. I select materials that best suit the furniture and your needs, balancing comfort, durability, and appearance. Where suitable, I also use natural fabrics and fillings as part of a considered approach to upholstery.

Is reupholstering right for you?

Reupholstery could be a great option if this sounds like you:

  • You have an old or meaningful piece of furniture and want to restore it using healthier, natural upholstery fillings and materials

  • You want to avoid sending furniture to landfill and instead give it a new life with sustainable upholstery options

  • You’ve found a piece you love and want to transform it into a beautiful, healthier addition to your home using natural fillings and fabrics

Reupholstery may not be the best choice if:

  • You’re mainly looking for a cheap fix rather than a long-term solution

  • You’re mainly trying to save money compared to buying new furniture

  • You usually change your furniture every few years

  • You need the work finished quickly (in less than 6 weeks)

As a rough idea, my reupholstery work usually starts at around £550 for armchairs and £1,200 for sofas.
